馬來西亞科技大學訪問台大 劉曉梅
馬來西亞科技大學一行計17人，於11月7日來訪。開場由本校國際事務處林淑靜組長首先介紹台大的歷史背景、校域分佈、學術發展…等，進而介紹台大與國際的互動交流及在各領域的優秀表現；緊接著由呂良正主任向來賓們介紹本系概況與特色，雙方並互相贈送具有代表性的土木館文鎮及紀念牌。 |

南卡羅萊納大學交換心得 劉健志
也許有些人會覺得要到外地學校當交換生才算是有價值，但我覺得若只是去體驗異地文化的話，在暑假的餘暇時間去外地語言學校去學習，或到外地打工，也是一個不錯的選擇。我們作為台大的學生，應該經常增廣見聞，並不只是流連於書本上的知識，應該為自己增值，培養自己的國際觀。 |

第二屆同濟台大土木工程研討會記要 廖文正、呂良正
台大土木及同濟土木間的學術交流，今年是第二屆，但各執兩岸土木學術界牛耳的二校，早從林國峰、張國鎮等歷屆系主任積極運作的濫觴起，至今已然有了近十年的合作淵源。今年台大和同濟分別有十四位及三十一教授和專家學者參與本次研討會，規模及論文質量皆創新猷。 |

林園之美大閘蟹之肥：第二屆同濟台大土木工程研討會後記 游景雲（照片：呂良正）
初次造訪上海，感覺是非常不一樣的，有些訝異那個城市的生氣勃勃，也開始體會到所謂台灣優勢在流失的隱憂。
我們一行人來到上海，參觀了豫園（明代一座私人園林）。晚上在曾接待數名國家元首的綠波廊用餐。第二日的研討會過後，就前往蘇州陽澄湖吃名聞遐邇的大閘蟹。第三天前往文徵明設計監造的拙政園，為中國四大名園之一。拙政園旁邊即是貝聿銘蘇州博物館，博物館風格與拙政園相對，一古一今，但又彼此融合。 |

印度學生交流心得 Kunal Umbarkar
I'd just turned 20 and was leaving the country for the first time, so it was quite obvious for me to be a little scared. With the little scared mind I left for Taiwan on 10th of May '11 all I had with me was my clothes, food for 2 days in case I don't like Chinese food and a photograph of Hoi Kou Pang (Kelvin) in my laptop.

Vietnamese Student Association in NTU --- Nov. 20th 2011 Nguyen Tuan Anh（阮俊英）
NTU Student involvement fair for clubs and association was held in Nov. 20th 2011 at Royal Palm Boulevard, NTU Main Campus. Vietnamese Student Association in National Taiwan University (NTUVSA) joined the fair. Vietnamese Bamboo dance performance is the most exciting event during the festival. The performance was well-prepared and made all audiences cheerful and impressive. We were very pleased and happy with Prof. Po-Han Chen attention during the fair. |
