Vietnamese Bamboo dance performance is the most exciting event during the festival. This dance originates from the Northwest highlands of Vietnam, where it was performed to celebrate special events like Tet Holiday, National Day. Usually four to six people hold two sticks of bamboo each and clap in a 4/4 rhythm while another 8 dance in and out of the sticks.

The performance was well-prepared and made all audiences cheerful and impressive. Audiences, students, international friend, and MC were invited to dance. Firstly, they worried about that they could not follow the rhythm. After NTUVSA had introduced how to dance, they could perform well, and were very interested in dancing. Not only performance at the stage, NTUVSA also performed this traditional dance at the boot area. We were very pleased and happy with Prof. Po-Han Chen attention during the fair.

Thank you to Student Activity Center, audiences, Taiwanese and international friends, NTUVSA members... The event could not be successful without you.
